SMS balance, rental balance and top-ups
Your wallet has two balances: one for one-time SMS numbers and one for rented numbers. Learn how to top up each one.
Short answer
The SMS balance pays for one-time verification numbers. The rental balance pays for rented numbers, their renewals, and the SMS and calls you make from them. The two are kept separately and can't be moved between each other.
Step-by-step guide
- 1Open Top Up from the header, or Add next to a balance in the menu.
- 2Choose the balance you want to top up: SMS or Rental.
- 3Pick an amount or enter your own. The minimum for each payment method is shown before you pay.
- 4Select card, crypto, or a local payment method available in your country.
- 5Complete the payment. You return to Numsify when it's done.
- 6The new balance is ready to use as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Important notes
You don't need to top up before buying: when your balance is short at checkout, you pay the difference there and the purchase completes on its own.
The balance is added as soon as the payment is confirmed, which can take a moment.
Available payment methods can vary by country.
If a top-up is delayed, include the amount, time, payment method, and transaction reference when contacting support.
